Changing single post template to use widget sidebar and Disqus comments

Hi there,

After adjusting things I am now able to get a single post template from the library, but now I’m having some trouble changing it a bit.

I’m using Single Post Template 28 if that helps

The template isn’t using a widget sidebar, and I’m not sure if it’s possible to change to that. It doesn’t seem like it is. Do I need to just alter the template to add those elements?

Second, The standard comments were showing up at the bottom there, and without thinking I deleted them thinking that they would be showing up in addition to Disqus comments, but Disqus is nowhere to be found and I though I see an element that seems to be comments, I can’t get it to actually place there.

I get Disqus using a Universal Code and PHP Plugin, with Woody Snippets. I created a js code using disqus tutorial and add a code with text in visual composer.

Replace SITENAME with your sitename (sitedisqus.disqus.com) and get the code ([wbcr_snippet id=”ID”]) in “Text with Title”. More infos:

But i don’t test too much, and i created more infinite load posts to check this.

Is that the only way to get Disqus to work? It worked with other tagdiv themes without doing anything. Actually, I think it worked with this theme before using the template from the library.

Ok, I got it to work by using the above code in a raw html element
