If you are referring to those https://www.screencast.com/t/dW4edff22 buttons, note that are made manually, with custom css/html/javascript ( our theme do not have that type of buttons with drop down ), that is post template 10 and was customized and set in child theme.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! You need to find such a plugin with this functionality and check how it works, you you can use the tagDiv Composer to achieve something similar, but not like that. Notice that we cannot provide custom work at this moment, sorry!
