how to change the block header menu link by category

I just wanted to know is there any option that where I can change the block header category link with my selected
category.

Hi,

Which category link are you referring to exactly? A screenshot would be helpful if possible. Category links will lead to the category pages, that would be the intended and normal behaviour.
