we make an css table but when we paste in WP page,CSS formating not apply on this,

Hello,
You can simply use html. In posts you can paste it in the post content in text mode and on pages, you would use a column text element to add the table. You need to make sure the table is responsive however. There are lots of responsive table creators online like: https://divtable.com/generator/
