classic blog style

hi,

is it possible to have classic blog style with header style 1 ? Logo + ad + menu

classic blog looks great … would like to use it … just doesnt work well with header style 1 … which i also need.

please advice

Hi,

Unfortunately that is not possible as the blog style hasn’t been build to work with the other header styles, that is why the “blog style” header was added.
What you can do though is to add the header ad to the blog style header and use it like this if this is fine for you: http://screencast.com/t/DwzlIiMkM
You just need to add this line: locate_template('parts/header-style-3-ad.php', true); in the header.php file, like this: http://screencast.com/t/Mw7MKPfJu13
