Hi,

It seems to be strange because these options should have to be added above the Tools section. For the beginning, please remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If no good results, try to switch the theme to a default one and check the behavior. Also, if the problem persists, please send us a mail at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Provide there the link of this topic so we can quickly identify you.
