Because of the problems I’ve renamed Newspaper theme folder to NewspaperOLD and installed Newspaper theme from the zip file. Problems were not solved, but when I removed the Newspaper folder and renamed NewspaperOLD to Newspaper some of my settings are gone. Especially in color settings.
What should I restore to get back my settings? I thought that all of them are stored on the database?

Please notice that all the theme settings are stored in the database. So what can be a reason for loosing of settings, when I moved the template folder?
How to restore them without restoring the whole website?
I have a full backup, but it’s 20GB of files and 151MB database size – so I don’t want to restore all but only necessary files.
After the database restores on dev version colors went back. If I export settings from it and import to this with broken colors nothing changes :/.
Where it can be stored on the database?
