So I’m pretty sure the commenting plugin I’m using is causing this issue of the sidebar on posts to be out of place, however, is there a temporary fix i can make till the plugin developers fix their bug?

Hello,
This is a code that breaks the html. It can come from a plugin or custom code modification. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately this plugin was not tested with our theme, and we can not provide support for untested plugins, sorry!
Here is our list with the plugins that we tested with our theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hgIO6G0r
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi Joe Jerde,
Unfortunately, that plugin have not been tested with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
Please refer to the support policy here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/
The only tested plugins are found in the theme panel under the theme plugins list:
https://www.screencast.com/t/yC9cnV1DH
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
Thanks for your understanding!
There are literally thousands of plugins that work fine for WordPress themes with no conflict.
The Tagdiv support policy troubles me. I will go with another theme for future websites I create if I know support stops at a list of 10 plugins.
I’m not asking you to code the plugin, just to get eyes and identify where the conflict may be. It could be with the theme!
Hi,
In order to “get eyes and identify where the conflict may be” needs to make some tests of compatibility’s, to check the code from the plugin and theme, in order to do that you need time and a team to do that, that means custom work, and we do not have for the moment a team to do that, sorry.
Also I’m sure that for all themes are many plugins that are not compatible with them, maybe this plugin will work with theme, but will not work others.
Thank you for your understanding!
