Creating a single Blank Page

I am trying to create a page that has nothing but and image and a background to use as a temp page. I want to remove header and footer … How can I do this thing? I use Visual Composer but have header w/logo and footer with widgets. I want to remove this? Please help

Hi,

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such a blank template or empty page, sorry! Another alternative, in this case, would be to create your desired page with all the elements you want and then, for this page, you should create your own custom CSS code to display none for header and footer.
