Instagram data error: Instagram html data cannot be retrieved

Hi!

The Instagram sidebar widget returns the following error:
Instagram data error: Instagram html data cannot be retrieved

for the “miss_or_madam” ID. The same thing happens even when using an ID like “cocacola”.

Also, Instagram followers’ counter number is not displayed:

I’ve checked the server error logs, but I didn’t see anything Instagram related. I even disabled modsecurity and the issue was still there.

Can you please check this?

Hi,

This may happen if you use an older theme version, so for example if you use a theme older than 4.3 it will most likely not work

However if the latest theme version is used and it is not working at all, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can take a look. Include a link to the topic in the email.
