OK it works on computers Safari or Chrome – I checked.
But does not work on mobile devices like the iPad or iPhone. And this is very strange because today all websites should be responsive. Suggest to quick correct it.

Thanks everyone for the quick reply.

HI, just as a quick note, the theme is responsive; the sticky “sidebar” option has nothing to with responsive, which refers to the site changing to fit the viewport which it does really well.

A sticky element is a usability feature. The sticky sidebar doesn’t work on the iPad on the demo, so always a good idea to fully test a theme by playing with the demo on your desired device — not sure why it’s a “bug” if the demo doesn’t show that feature, then likely the version you install won’t either. Not a criticism or defending the theme, just clarifying for anyone who sees a similar “problem” or searches this forum on this topic.

I actually like the way the sticky menu bar works on the iPad …. where it hides, but then reappears when you start to scroll back up on the page.

However, I do *agree* it would be NICE to have the “sticky sidebar” work also on the iPad while in portrait mode. I would add this to a “request” for future updates. Not a hyper critical thing, but would be nice usability feature 🙂

I do not criticize the template. I’m not looking to force errors. But if it is glued SiteBar demo version is expected to computers on the mobile versions. It is a pity that you have to buy to be convinced of this, about what should be obvious – is not it?

Subject is described only here for formum, where there is room for it to solve problems. I have a problem so I write – you have a problem you write.

Formu = support for users from the support of artists plugin / template.

Yup. Just pointing out that sticky bar doesn’t work on an iPad on the DEMO when you use it online, so technically it’s not offered to work that way at the outset. I fully tested it on my iPad before buying so I would know how it actually works on an iPad. So, it’s not a “bug” or something to be “corrected” as an error. Would be nice to be added as feature request.

YES! It would be a nice feature to add to a future version at some point. Totally agree 🙂

For those reading this thread later on, please note the following from the theme admin, panel:

Smart sidebar
From here you can enable and disable the smart sidebar on all the templates. The smart sidebar is an affix (sticky) sidebar that has auto resize and it scrolls with the content. The smart sidebar reverts back to a normal sidebar on iOS (iPad) and on mobile devices. The following widgets are not supported in the smart sidebar:
â—¦[tagDiv] Block 14
â—¦[tagDiv] Block 15
â—¦[tagDiv] Slide
