I’m customizing my theme, but the Homepage is not refreshing. I can’t see any of my changes.

It works for me. I would suggest it’s very likely a caching issue, where you need to clear the cache used for your site and/or update/refresh the pull from a CDN if using one, and fully clear the cache in your web browser.
