I am thinking of using their USP PRO version, and so curious what issue you’re having.
Do you have a link to a “page’ where you embedded a form, that is not working? Is the form admin panel not working? What is the actual “problem,” as without specifics I’m not sure how anybody would be able to address that or help?
1. I am using the plugin “User Submitted Posts” (https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-submitted-posts/) when I activate my page can not be displayed.
2. This plugin uses a shortcode that I have placed on a page (the page: publicar – http://obispadoelalto.org/demo/publicar/), however, does not work and my page is not displayed in browsers.

The content is only hidden with display:none from that plugin.
