Cloud Template missing

Hi

after update to v 9.5, my cloud template missing, pls see it http://prntscr.com/muw5j0
i update to v 9.6, its the same problem

pls advice

Hi,

Please check the following screenshot -> https://www.screencast.com/t/KljVbTyvf I have made some tests on my localhost and the cloud template seems to return well results. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Yes, I install from FTP, and all of system status is good condition. pls cek this http://prntscr.com/mv2v0d.

Only 2 template in cloud, 9 other is missing >> http://prntscr.com/mv2vv3

Help me please…..

My Cloud Library trouble after update to 9.5 and 9.6, all of item disapears.

If i delete all template, only 1 template left, button ADD appears. Like this http://prntscr.com/mw39ps

But, if 2 themplate, ADD Buttone Disapperas, Like this http://prntscr.com/mw3apq
