the theme width is 1164px , i want to decrease the width to 900px . how to do it??

In order to achieve the page width of 900px, you’ll need to set on row in css the margin left and right auto and the width 900px like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UgCqh4uoGUVK also for post and category you’ll need to use the tagDiv Cloud Library and set in those template the row with margin auto and width 900px.

i am talking about sitewide decrease in width. and you are telling me entirely differnt thing.
i want maximum sitewidth to be 900px sitewide.

Unfortunately this is the only way to decrease the site content width, setting on each row the width that you need and set margin left and right auto, for post, you can use a single post template and set on each row from template the 900px width https://www.screencast.com/t/HbTTJTAciSEH after that set it on post and all post will have the 900px width.
