How to set Desktop Header the Same style as Mobile Header?

Hello, I’d like the desktop header on my website to have the simple design of the mobile header. In other words, I’d like to not have any menu links showing on desktop and instead show the hamburger menu icon that opens up like it does on mobile. Is this possible?

This can be achieve if you have newspaper v9.5 or v9.6
