I had purchased Newsmag for a client and the template is nothing but a headache. The sliders are not updated and neither is WP Bakery both plug-ins require a code of purchase. Am unable to complete this assignment based on the hindering factors. (Please do not suggest uninstalling an reinstalling the plug ins. This was done multiple times via FTP to no avail). Also, there is no design flexibility in comparison with Newspaper 9.
I wish to get a refund OR transfer the amount towards Newspaper 9 and I’ll pay the difference (if any).
