An amp component script tag is present, but unused
Digging deep this is what the webmasters google console says.
The extension ‘amp-auto-ads’ was found on this page, but is unused. Please remove this extension.
How do we solve this?
webmaster tools is also now throwing AMP problems.

Please make sure that you do not have any plugin conflicts, please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.

Is look like you have a code set in amp that is not longer use, so if you have set some code for auto ads in amp please remove it, also please add the fix that I provide you and this https://prnt.sc/mx790e will be fix too.

Thanks calin, but it is a bit confusing.
The theme panel says we can use auto ads, and am pretty sure I read in one of the tutorials that we can now use auto GA ads in amp in theme panel. Which is why we added the GA auto ad code to our AMP theme panel.

Ok, found the problem, we had put in normal auto ad code in this menu.
In google adsense it is saying to paste two scripts, however the box in newspaper theme panel asks for just one script.
This what the Adsense account says for AMP auto ads:
Step 2: Copy and paste this script in the head tag of your AMP HTML
Step 3: Copy and paste this ad code in the body of your AMP HTML
SO in the newspaper amp auto ad box, should we just paste the code from step 3 of adsense?

Yes now you can set the ads for amp directly in theme panel ( I was referring if you have set manually some code in amp files ).
That warning comes from Akismet Anti-Spam plugin, if you’ll deactivate that plugin that warning will disappear.
