Mobile editor has disappeared

Hi! After a recent WP update the mobile editor is nowhere to be seen! Any ideas how to find it?

Maybe it got disabled, if you use Gutenberg check here – http://prntscr.com/mxtv3e

If you use the classic editor check here – http://prntscr.com/mxtvni

I am testing with the latest theme and WordPress versions, the mobile editor is still there.

Thanks! I am using Gutenberg but don’t have the tick box for mobile editor available under options!

Hi,

What version of the theme are you using, if you use an older theme there might be issues with the latest WordPress. Also is the mobile theme plugin active? If the plugin is active the mobile editor should be there.

If the plugin is active and you use a newer theme version (9.5, 9.2) and there is a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com so we can take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email. We may need to deactivate your plugins. Let us know.

My theme version is 8.6. Mobile plugin is active.

We recommend to make and full backup to your website and make and update to theme.
