‘Auto Load Next Post’ seems to work fine with the new features and adjustments, but when you click on an internal link inside a post that has been load with this feature, it does not reload whole page and causes problems.
Can you solve this?

I see the problem, quite unusual. I tested this on my end, the problem is not present and the link directs properly. Seems the links are set properly – http://prntscr.com/mxu9g3
when opened with a scroll click they open as intended, but when clicked they seem to scroll randomly in the page.
Do you by any change have a plugin that could affect the links? I see some extra parameters on the links – http://prntscr.com/mxuczj
If this is possible, try and deactivate plugins to get to the bottom of the issue. Could be caused by a plugin, usually plugins are the number one cause for issues.
