When I save a Cloud header I’m editing, it saves almost all the content, EXCEPT new rows/columns and elements in the ‘phone viewport’ part of the editor.
I.e. if I add a DESKTOP HERO, it’s saved just fine, but if I add a Phone-viewport HERO, it’s NOT saved.
Note that if I just edit the phone-viewport LOGO or other ‘settings’ the are also saved just fine. It’s only elements that I add to the phone-viewport editor that are lost.

If you want to add the Hero section in the header template, for mobile, you need to add again that element from the panel and after this save it -> https://www.screencast.com/t/qUnsvDs4VX The mobile section is different then the rest of section and for this, you need to add again that element or another one. That’s the theme’s functionality.

Yes, I did that. The problem is that THAT HERO is NOT saved.
1) I add a HERO to the desktop version
2) I add a HERO to the phone-view version
3) Save -> ONLY the desktop HERO (1) is saved, the phone-view (2) is NOT saved. See my screenshots.

I have made some tests on my site and this functionality works as expected. I have added a here in the header on desktop mode and then, I have added a hero on mobile mode, make some changes to differentiate them and then I have pressed SAVE.
