How can I have a block like the one on this image?

Exemple image
A column with a slider; another column with two rows, first row with an autoplay video and Post Title, second row an slider with image and post title

Hi,

Unfortunately we do not have any blocks that can achieve this, sorry, you can use the slider or revolution slider, and you can achieve something similar.
