The Mobile Theme shows the first three articles of the category “Featured” above, but not everyone used this category. You can change them in the theme, but would it be possible to add an option in the theme menu?
Also, it might be an idea to disable the grid in the categories overview, in the theme options

Hi,
Indeed for the moment are very few option for customize the mobile theme plugin, but soon will be add some more options, and is possible that those suggestions to be on that list of options.
