I’m using the latest version of Newspaper theme.
Kindly let me know how to change the titles of sidebar widget from <H3> to simple <p> tag but in bold style just like headings. Like posts in “recent posts” block have titles in <h3> tag I want these titles to be in <P> instead of any headings so it doesn’t effect the SEO of my blog posts.
In simple words, I don’t want any heading tags in sidebar widgets.

Bodgan, I changed the code just like you said. I changed <h3> to <span>. Now the module titles are not bold, their color has turned permanently blue and no hover effect. See the link: https://www.wentdiary.com/

But the main the problem is with the color of the text and hover effect. Color of the text is still blue, not strong and there is no hover effect. How do I fix that? Please see the web page.

That would be expected to happen, the design that is created for a heading as it is initially in the theme, it is not applying anymore after changing the it to a paragraph. Now other CSS is applying to all the post titles in all modules.
You could try and add some more CSS to override the current state. From what I can see only the default color needs changing – http://prntscr.com/n3huuf

Enter it in the theme panel custom CSS code section.

The title color has been changed and the hover effect has been enabled as well. There is only one more addition I would like you to make. I want to make the titles semi-bold. Please provide a css code for that too.

The theme panel font settings for the module should still work despite changing the titles to a paragraph. Let me know.

I finally found the file and made what you said. But I have still a problem (sorry …). I only want that the titles of my recents post (in the sidebar of my single post and after the post) be in <p>.
With what I’ve done all my titles are in <p> and I want that my titles on my home and category page stay in h3. How can I do this ?
On my home page I have a “Big Grid Flex 10” and a “Flex Block 1”, now the title of my posts are in <p> but I want them in h3 like before. Maybe I can add a custom ccs when I’m on the home page with tagdiv ? I don’t know …

Hi Mahiedine,
The function from td_module.php will create the h3 titles for all modules from your website, therefore you’ll not be able to achieve what you need. Also these changes will be lost when you’ll update the theme.
