The demo is a wide theme, but when we install it on our site it shows up with less width. I’ve spent the last week trying to make my theme look like the demo. It does not seem like it’s possible to do without coding.
I have created several cloud templates. You must create a new one for each category page which is time consuming. It seems there should be a way to create one new category page, use that as the default, and have the theme figure out how to assign the posts labelled with that category to show up on the page. I don’t see anyway to do that which is why I’m having to create a new category page for each of my categories.
That’s time consuming, but then with regards to tags it seems you cannot even do this. I see no way to assign a different page to each tag. So you’re either stuck with not using the cloud library or using it and having all your tag pages pull posts from the same tag. This makes no sense. Again, there should be a way for the filter to figure out the right posts to pull. Once you set the filter on a cloud tag page, then it pulls posts from only that filter. So now you’re stuck with a page with the right customizations, but it won’t change per tag. So you have all the same posts showing up on each tag page!
If this is all true and there’s no way to do this, then we cannot recreate the demo look.
If true, the theme should not even be allowed to be listed as a themeforest theme. I just want to be sure I’m not missing something otherwise I’ll start posting complaints and ask for a refund. The $50 I paid is nothing compared to how much time I’ve spent wasted on this theme. Please let me know if it is not possible to make the theme look like the demo, including wider tag pages that update per tag without paying for customizations to the code.

I think that you do not quite understand how our theme is working, please try to check our documentation to understand better how to use our theme.

Also you do not need to make a different category template for each category ( you do this only if you want to have a different design for a specific category and you’ll set that template on that category ).

No, I don’t understand. I’ve spent hours on this and then you just send me a bunch of links so that I have to waste at least another 24 hours.
If I use a category cloud template like this one: https://businessbolts.com/reviews – I have to set the filter to show that I want the “review” category to display on that page.
If I just leave the filter set to show all categories, the theme displays all the categories on that page. So I thought I had to create a new category template for each category. If that’s not true can you please explain how to get the theme to be ‘smart enough’ to filter for the right category with a cloud template? It would be great if there’s a way to have the filter set so that it automatically pulls in the right content. I see no way to do that though with a cloud template.
