Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this, sorry! This is not a simple task and it involves doing such additional customizations through the code and we cannot provide this at the moment, sorry! As a hint, you can try to check the code from the single template.php or loop template, where this form is called and try to edit and place it as you wish. Another alternative, in this case, would be to find a plugin with this functionality and check it with the theme and see how it works.
