How to change template texts (and date format)

Hi,

I am new to Newspaper and WordPress, really. Sorry, if I am asking something obvious. I was not able find or google a solution myself.

I would like to change texts and the date format in some templates because I need to translate them, as my website is not in English – as per attached screenshot. Where can I do that?
