Any way to do this? In addition, would this cause less load to be on the server?

Hi,
For default post templates (not cloud) you could either hide it with CSS, or disable it my making a modification in the code – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/remove-more-from-author-from-the-related-articles/
Anything that is removed (not hidden) from a page would have an impact on loading speed.
I should note that in cloud post templates the related articles and more from author are separate elements, so you can place only one if needed – http://prntscr.com/mzgjfm
