my not getting the option to select tagDiv Slider Gallery in WordPress 5.1

I have made some tests with the tagDiv Gallery and it seems to returns well results, without any problems. ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

After selecting the images I want in a gallery, I do not have the “gallery settings” on my right. So I cannot select the TagDiv slide gallery.

Make sure that your system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Check all of these and increased them if are not right. Also, check the WordPress version to be updated and check the results.

A tagDiv gallery can be added using the classic element in Gutenberg

Using the Gutenberg gallery element the tagDiv gallery will not be available, at the moment. Maybe this will change in the future. Let us know if you have more questions.
