Hello,

We have a problem about Tagdiv social media tools, part of YouTube is not working, do you have any suggestion ?

Hi,

Ensure that you have updated the theme and the required plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. I have made some tests with social counter and it seems to return well results.

As I wrote in the mail, I cleared the cookies, but it didn’t work? What do you suggest?

Hi baranos,

Please update the theme to the latest version of it because I saw that you are using only v.4.6. update it to v.4.7, clear all the caches and check again. If the problem will persist, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.
