Adding custom Meta Titles to an Article Post

Hi Tagdiv,
On my website imontreal.ca the theme by default adds the Post Title as the page Meta Title.
For example, on the article below the Meta Title is ‘Montreal Hotels’ same as the Post name, but I wan’t it to be something specif and different that I select.
https://www.imontreal.ca/montreal-places/montreal-hotels/

Where and how can I do that please?

Do you are referring to this title from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/em771HkLu5t2? Notice that section cannot be managed by the theme but it can be controlled by the Seo Yoast plugin. Please check below ->
