Hello, I am trying to achieve the two lines on either side of the text, “Most Popular”, located on the second section of this page: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_blog_beauty/
If you look at my site currently, http://blog.tryandreview.com/ it is showing these swiggly lines. How can I replace them for the two lines like the original newspaper blog beauty template?

At the time of making that demo there were no black header styles available

So for that demo block title a customization was made. I could give you the customization in question, it will look like this
