Hello, i wish to add the white arrows showing we can actually swipe right and left on the top post (mobile)

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! If you will use the iOS slider you will see that element has left and right Arrows when you swipe your posts. Check the functionality from here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ios-slider/
