How to edit or remove td search subtitle "If you are not happy…"

On the search results page, the text that appears below the search box, “If you’re not happy with the results, do another search” – how can I either edit this text or remove it all together?

Sorry Calin, but if I don’t want anything to appear is the best way to do this to just put in an empty tag such as an empty < a > tag?
