I always thought that paying for the support was for private help by email or even to have access to the affected person’s wp-admin in case you need it. This is a forum where all users share our problems between other users and developers. I understand that you are very busy with this issue I am not in a hurry to update to the latest version of Newspaper just want to keep going into the forum as usual and see the problems and possible solutions that users bring. We have not taken any steps in this regard until now but with the new envato rules we have to stick to the support rules as well.
Support was payed on envato for quite a few years now and we provided free support for everyone in this period. We tried to postpone this as much as possible. But soon comes a time when we have to stick to the rules as well.
