Hi I am unable to activate the theme.
After entering the license code and clicking on activate, the icon kept spinning but nothing happened.
I’ve waited for more than 30 minutes and still nothing happen.
Have tried both automatic and manual activation.

You can try it again when your internet connection is stronger/faster, or even try it on a different browser – chrome or any other browser in its latest version. You can also clear the browser cache and try again!

If you cannot do this and if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup configuration. You need to add inside the email your item purchase code so we can activate your theme.

I’ve done this and it’s still the same issue. I’m already on fibre network using the latest chrome, edge and firefox
