How to center Article inline ads

Hi Support.
We are trying to align Article inline ads to be center on mobile. Also add some space on the bottom.
The ad also aligns on the right in desktop. But looking just for a mobile fix.

We have set the ad as center in the Article Inline ads section of the theme

Hi,

Please check the new optimization from Google’s end. Try disabling optimize option from your Google AdSense account.
