Ads appear on the mobile on mode that violates Adsense laws

Hi
There seems to be an ad appearing on top and this seems to be contrary to the Adsense Laws

whenever the more I go to footer the page, the more it appears
It is like following the movements of my hands
Also sometimes when I walk around the site this ad appears as a pop-ad type
Only on mobile
What is the problem?

I have try all the solutions
I’ve stopped showing ads on mobile , and yet only these two ads appears

These are valid Google AdSense ads. You just have auto ads activated on your site. To adjust and pick what you want to display, at the Google AdSense site go to Ads > Auto Ads > click on the pencil (edit button) under Global settings.
