Can someone guide me on how to add “popular posts” and “popular categories” in my footer similar to “https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_medicine/” and “https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_blog_health/”

You can add that feature to your website by changing the Footer template style. To add popular posts and popular categories you could try Style 1 or Style 2 of the footer like here : https://www.screencast.com/t/dbMKXxVcDoPB
