When I check the my amp pages and I don’t see the logo and sidebar icon so How can I add them?

You are using an older theme version, with the old AMP plugin, since theme update 9.6 this plugin is not provided anymore – http://prntscr.com/niojkx
The header when using the old AMP plugin will display the logo set in the theme panel

There will be no menu displayed in this case.
Now the official AMP plugin can be used, together with the mobile theme plugin

Thank you for reply. I am kind of afraid to update the theme because of it may cause some problems. Is there any documantation to how to update the theme? Also, when I update the theme do I need to install the all plugins again?

If you are not yet ready to take this step or plan to make more tests with the latest version (in a test install for example), you can download theme version 9.6.1 which has the same functionality as before, from here

The theme plugins have to be updated after a theme update, or they will not activate.
