Hello

after each update of the theme, the built-in plugins are not funkionabel because they are not automatically renewed with. This still has to do manually which ultimately represents a no go. The old plugins of the theme are disabled but so that the website does not work normally. If you are not active for several hours or days, the entire theme is switched off until the plugins are renewed manually. After the current update of the theme
v9.7.2 and the manual renewal of the plugins, only the header with navigation bar can be seen from my homepage – startsite. The rest of the homepage has now disappeared. several times cache emptied, but this has not led to a success. So, where is the mistake now?

This has happened to me too. It’s unbelievable the number of times this theme just simply breaks on its own.

Hi,

I suppose that you have automatically updated the theme via Envato Market plugin, right? In our latest update, all of the required plugins will come offline and you need to manually enable them from the Theme panel because this is the main mandatory requirements imposed by Envato Market Policy.
The Newspaper theme update brings a change for the customers that use WP Bakery Page Builder with our Theme. When you’ll be updating to the Newspaper 9.7.2 version, you’ll need to activate the tagDiv Composer to keep the Newspaper theme functionality you’ve previously used. Otherwise, you will have basic WordPress functionality, complying with Envato WordPress Requirements – https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000472383-WordPress-Theme-Requirements
Please note that activating the tagDiv Composer doesn’t mean that you are required to use our custom page builder on your website. You can use the WP Bakery page builder as you did before the update.
We recommended you to do not use the tagDiv Composer and WP Bakery page builders on the same page, because you cannot edit with WP Baker blocks and shortcodes created with tagDiv Composer or vice-versa.

Please make a backup for your website before updating. If you need help, please don’t hesitate to send us an email with all the details at contact@tagdiv.com.

Thank you for understanding!
