I encountered a problem when verifying Google Webmaster and I used the Fast News demo theme.
the problem I experienced was:
when trying to add webmaster meta tags. When I add the meta tag to <head>, I have tried adding it, but Google webmaster cannot verify.
When I want to verify using Google Analyst, I have also tried adding it to the head, but it also cannot be verified.
please help for this problem.

That should be loaded in the header I believe, between the head tags

So if you enter the meta tag there it should be then loaded.
Try entering it again (you can use a child theme if you have one)

Then check in the page source (Ctrl+U) and it should be there – http://prntscr.com/njew6k
They don’t specify how long this will take, so you could wait for a while.
