How can I change the global settings for the CTA URL in following sidebar:

Hello !
This is a custom add added in the default sidebar of wordpress. To edit this you’ll have to go to Appearance -> Widgets.

You can try to edit from the plugins settings since CTA looks like a plugin that unfortunately it has not been tested on our theme and we cannot offer support for it.
