but the post views count not working
This number does not change when using a mobile device.
The PC side is normal and can be updated.

The views will still be counted when the mobile theme version of the post is displayed, but on AMP they will not be counted. But from what I can see the views are counted in your website at all, not even on desktop. Refreshing the post page should add to the count for example.
Try to activate this setting in the theme panel – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/ then check if the count goes up.

Do you use any image optimization plugins or tools other than the theme lazyload? They could conflict. All of these could conflict and cause problems. Try using only one lazyload and deactivate the others.
The view counter can be affected by caching or maybe minification, this is the main reason why it can stop working. I suggest as a quick test, to deactivate the caching plugin and check again. We recommend if possible to use the WP super cache plugin
