The favicon appears as a broken image on Samsung devices and the title appears skewed. This only occurs on Samsung.

Hi,
This can be a plugin conflict, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please provide me a link were I can inspect this problem, in this way I will be able to provide you a better answer.
