Theme panel doesn't update when Demo theme is installed (with content)

Hello,

Well, everything is explained in the title ?
More informations :

Wordpress : 5.2–fr_FR
Newspaper : 9.7.2
Demo theme : Classic Blog with included content

Exemple : I tried to disable the Top Bar, I saved the settings, i refreshed the page, the Top Bar was backt to enabled

Hello !

Have you tried deleting the cache ? We do recommend WP Super Cache -https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/. If you’ve done this and the problem still persists try de-activating all non-theme related plugins reclear the cache.
