I love your theme but I’m really tied of all of the steps and the effort just to maintain my sites. My sites are down because I am not a developer and I don’t know how ot completely remove the theme yet. But I’ll spend hours to research it so I can have my website up…
Ever think about creating a support service for a fee so people who dont know how to do this stuff can use your theme?

Hi,
I understand your point, but unfortunately we don’t have such a service at the moment. Also I can’t say if it will be available in the future.
If you have problems with the theme, we will however help as best we can. For more complex problems you can always send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access. Let us know.
