is it possible to load the scripts async with the speed booster plugin? That would be great!

Unfortunately the speed booster plugin doesn’t have an asynchronous option to load scripts you could use though W3 Total Cache plugin for it: http://screencast.com/t/nSuLrqlLcoHZ
