I have used a theme to design a homepage to introduce services, not a news site. The design on the laptop looks great (http://prnt.sc/npbmf1) but the mobile view doesn’t show anything at all (http://prnt.sc/npbmst)?
Can you show me how to fix this?

I’ve checked your page and everything seems to be fine. https://www.screencast.com/t/JNtscADF If you mean that the designs do not match is because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

In order to have the content displayed on mobile theme too you will have to edit the page and copy and paste the conten on mobile theme tab too like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/aFF3oHAs

You can not set the content crate with builders in mobile editor, you need to create a new content using only the elements from mobile editor, or if you want to have the responsive version of Newspaper theme you can deactivate the mobile theme.
