The front page on newspaper theme: a section between whats included in the template and the footer cannot be removed. Seems like it is not a part of the template. How to edit/remove this in composer?

That part is the footer. You can edit that by going into Theme Panel – Footer and edit it from there. And the sidebar wich cannot be edited comes from the widgets area. To edit that you have to go into Appareance – Widgets.

That is the footer section and it comes from the page builder. You will have to edit your page and change it to pagebuilder without latest articles: https://www.screencast.com/t/T9hImzvP
